As the owner, broker, and CEO at Bell-Anderson & Associates, I have been with the company for over 30 years. We have clients who have been here even longer than me. In 1984, we had an HOA come to us for management help, and a couple of owners were working with us before that. Today, we’re discussing why so many of our clients are loyal to our company.

Property Management Kent: Family Atmosphere

Our family atmosphere is a big part of who we are and what we do. Our company motto is: Our family serving yours. That isn’t something I came up with (although I do have five family members working here). That’s something the whole staff came up with. They felt they wanted to treat our owners’ properties and associations’ properties as if they were their own personal property. So, that’s how we work, and that’s how our clients work with us. We want our owners to be comfortable knowing we’re taking great care of them and their investments.

Property Management Kent: Availability

We are easy to work with and easy to reach. If owners call us about a concern or a maintenance item, all the property managers can take that call directly. You don’t have to wait 48 hours or longer to get a response. If the property manager is not in the office, we have all kinds of support people who can take the calls and provide assistance. We have an accounting department, a maintenance department, and a number of team members who can ensure you get a response in a timely manner.

Property Management Kent: Community Commitment

Owners also appreciate our commitment to the community. We have been touched by tragedy in the past, and that drives us to serve in any way we can. In 2011, we lost our co-owner and my husband to brain cancer. A number of employees have had health issues and suffered the loss of loved ones. So, we are committed to contributing in the areas that affect us. We have raised funds for brain cancer, and this year we’re working with Wounded Warriors. We donate school supplies to kids in the neighborhood every year. In 2011, our company raised over $18,000 for the American Brain Tumor Foundation. Our owners participate in these charitable works and enjoy contributing.
