Do you provide me with a monthly report for my property?
Yes, we will provide you a monthly report of rent and other income received, as well as maintenance, repairs, and other expenses incurred. This will be provided once per month after a tenant has been found, along with a year-end statement for your taxes. If you have questions regarding your statement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All deposits that are retained by us are kept in a FDIC insured bank. All of our property managers are licensed real estate professionals according to state requirements.
