Make a Payment On-Line

This page is provided for the convenience of owners who want to take advantage of a secure, convenient online payment system. To make a payment on your account, click the "Make a Payment" button in the Condo/HOA Services Tab. Additional instructions will be provided.

Set up ACH (Automatic Withdrawal of Homeowner Dues)

Take advantage of Direct Payments (ACH). Direct payment of dues ensures that dues are paid on time even if you are ill, traveling on business or vacation, or just plain forgot. Direct payment of HOA dues will be eliminate the possibility of a payment being lost or delayed in the mail and save you the postage expenses of mailing payments. 

Signing up is easy! Complete the Automatic Payment Authorization Form found under Forms in the Condo/HOA Services tab, attach a voided check, and return the completed form and check to Bell-Anderson & Associates. The Automatic Payment Authorization Form is found under Forms in the Condo/HOA Services tab. The deadline to set up automatic withdrawal is the 25th of the preceding month.

Account Log On

For your convenience, you can go on-line to access your account information, forms and other information that pertains to your community. At this time, you can view your account balances, your monthly assessment amount and special assessments, if any, as well as sign up for or stop automatic payments from your checking account and maintain your account information. Please contact Bell-Anderson & Associates at 253-852-8195 to obtain web access password information if needed.

What are the main duties of the Board of Directors?
The main objective for the Board is to protect, maintain, and enhance the property and property values of your homes. In order to do this, the Board of Directors need to understand the governing documents, have good business judgment, and be reasonable in conflict resolution. They must also have a maintenance schedule and be aware of legal requirements. They need to communicate with management and homeowners and effectively enforce rules.
